Shifts: Tuesdays – Sundays; Mondays Off

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and personable Skincare and Waxing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments, threading, and waxing services to help clients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, experience with various hair removal techniques, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Skincare Services
   • Perform customized skincare treatments such as facials, peels, and masks to meet clients’ individual needs.
   • Assess and analyze skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments.
   • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas, ensuring equipment is sanitized after each use.
   • Provide post-treatment care instructions to clients.
2. Threading and Waxing Services
   • Conduct eyebrow threading and other facial threading services with precision and care.
   • Perform waxing services for various areas, including facial, body, and bikini waxing.
   • Advise clients on waxing aftercare to prevent irritation and ensure long-lasting results.
   • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout all hair removal procedures.
3. Client Consultation and Experience
   • Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and skin concerns.
   • Recommend appropriate products and routines to improve clients’ skin health.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up.
   • Address any client concerns or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
4. Product Knowledge and Sales
   • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products in skincare and hair removal.
   • Educate clients about recommended skincare products and services.
   • Promote retail products and packages that enhance clients’ skincare and hair removal routines.

Requirements:

• Certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments, threading, and waxing.
• Strong knowledge of various skin types and appropriate treatments.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
