TCES COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN
With the increasing evolving situation regarding COVID-19 pandemic, TCES is taking the necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of our clients, staff members, and communities.
Following recommendations by public health experts, and our funders, we have made the difficult decision to close the physical location of our office and suspend all in- person Employment programs and services until further notice.
In order to continue to operate and function within the limitations that social distancing requirements for the workplace, we have established that our staff are available remotely ensuring continuous services delivery as we have ensured that all the tools necessary to provide continuity to the services delivery are in place.
Each day there are new developments in the global pandemic of COVID-19 and there are new responsibilities for all Canadians. We all need to do whatever we can to collectively safeguard the wellbeing of our families, our communities and the most vulnerable populations.
TCES continues to provide clients, employers and our community with the much needed employment services through over the phone or online delivered through one-to-one employment counselling sessions online via phone and Google Meet meetings, while at the same time protecting the health of our clients, employers, and our staff.
