Rate: $15/h + earn up to $3.50 based on tenure and performance

Hour: Monday – Fridays; 8 am – 8 pm (8h rotational shifts)

Location: Remote upon completion of in-office training

Type: Full-time; permanent

Start Date: May 20th, 2020 (Please still apply if job ad is still up)

The employer is an essential service so training will be conducted in our office. Covid-19 safety and precautionary measures will be in effect and strictly enforced. (Gloves and Masks will be provided to each new hire on a daily basis).

Requirements:

  • Must have great communication skills
  • Longevity at any position held
  • 2 years Call Centre or customer service experience is a must
  • Needs to be able to talk and type at the same time
  • Aims for first call resolution; works accurately and efficiently in a multitasking environment
