Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Mix automotive paints to achieve precise color consistency and finish.
  • Perform expert-level color matching for high-end vehicles.
  • Apply paint with precision, ensuring a flawless and durable finish.
  • Conduct masking and simple preparation work to protect unpainted areas.
  • Perform polishing and finishing work to achieve showroom-quality results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter role over 3 years.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
  • Familiarity with body shop operations is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with auto body repair.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
