Ministerial Associates is a privately owned company that has worked with the City of Toronto performing Civil wedding ceremonies at Toronto’s City Hall for over 30 years.

We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking experienced individual who loves to work with the public on a permanent part time basis as an Administrative Coordinator and Host! This position would be best suited to a mature person and someone living in or close to the downtown area. The schedule would change on a monthly basis and would include working on Fridays and/or Saturdays. Summer months are busier and therefore more hours would be allocated during our busy season. Candidates must be very flexible with the schedule and be available during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist onsite guests
  • Reviewing and checking paperwork
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Booking ceremonies via phone and in person
  • Responding to email inquiries
  • Managing wedding parties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relation skills
  • Computer experience with Microsoft and Mindbody is an asset
  • Professional phone manner
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time in a timely and calm manner
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
