RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify and enter invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Match invoices to cheques on a weekly basis
  • Answering phone inquires as requested by various personnel
  • General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Excel
  • Experience within the construction industry considered an asset
  • Experience with Great Plains (GP) considered an asset
