Employment Services

Toronto Community Employment Services can help you find work. Our Employment Services are delivered by a dedicated team who have the expertise to assist participants in finding employment. We assist job seekers in finding employment by providing job coaching workshops, employment counselling, job placement, job matching, wage-incentive programs, and job retention services. By providing job seekers with resources and information, we tailor our services to meet the individual employment and training needs of each individual.

Our Employment Resource Center is funded by Employment Ontario. Toronto Community Employment Services continues to see an increase in individuals requiring supports in order to compete and find sustainable employment. We provide the following employment services assistance to individuals:

Employment Services Required Documents

To be assessed for Employment Services you must provide the following documents:

  • Proof of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or Conventional Refugee
  • Government issued photo identification
  • Social Insurance Number (SIN)
